REFUND POLICY
Workshop Cancellations & Rescheduling
All workshop bookings are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop start time.
If you need to reschedule your booking, we are happy to assist in arranging a new date and time subject to availability, provided that the request is made at least 48 hours before the original scheduled workshop.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests submitted more than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop may be reviewed and approved at the discretion of Lenez Fragrance Bar.
Custom fragrance products, personalized items, and used products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
In the event of a cancellation initiated by Lenez Fragrance Bar, customers will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
